I am a mother of two and a believer who has been rescued by God’s grace. For a long time, I believed that being a "good mother" and a "successful woman" simply required more willpower. I thought if I was exhausted, I just needed to grit my teeth and try harder.

But God showed me that willpower is a finite resource—a sprint that eventually runs dry. Today, I share my testimony through the lens of faith and neuroscience to help women understand their bodies, heal their survival triggers, and create lasting shifts in their lives.

My priority is motherhood, but as a contributor to society, I am a professional with a robust background in Talent Acquisition and a current MBA candidate. I’ve spent my career identifying the gold in others; now, I am helping women identify and protect the God-given capacity within themselves.
